This policy explains what personal information Omar Lababidi collects through this website, why, and what choices you have. Omar Lababidi is a real estate salesperson with HomeLife/Vision Realty Inc., Brokerage. It follows Canada’s federal privacy law (PIPEDA) and Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL).
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), what you are interested in (buying, selling and so on), your message, and the listing you asked about, if any. If you email or call, we receive whatever you share in that message or call.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. We may also use website analytics to see which pages are used and how visitors find the site. That information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange showings or consultations.
- To provide the real estate services you ask about.
- To keep the website secure and understand how it is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information. We only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and every such message will include a way to unsubscribe.
Consent
By ticking the consent box on the contact form you agree that Omar Lababidi may contact you about your enquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing omar@lababidi.ca, subject to legal and contractual requirements.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help run the website process information on our behalf, such as website hosting and email delivery. Some of these providers store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. Where needed to provide real estate services, we may share information with HomeLife/Vision Realty Inc., Brokerage, and with other parties to a transaction (for example lenders, lawyers and other brokerages) with your knowledge. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies to track you across other sites. If analytics are enabled they may set cookies or similar identifiers to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and provide services, and as required by real estate record-keeping rules, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Email omar@lababidi.ca or call (416) 508-2826. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
